A software company was answering the same product questions in tickets while their help center was hard to search. Agents wanted drafts, not a bot that spoke to customers unsupervised.
Solution
The concept assistant indexes approved articles, suggests answers with sources and lets an agent edit before sending. Unknown questions are tagged so the knowledge base can grow.
