How to Choose a Software Development Company
Questions that reveal how a vendor works, without relying on invented awards or client counts.

Ignore the trophy wall
Logos, awards and “500+ clients” are easy to print and hard to verify. Ask how the team will work with you next Tuesday. Ask what they do when a requirement is wrong.
Listen for how they handle uncertainty
A good partner will tell you what they do not know. They will not invent an office address, a certification or a case study statistic to win the meeting. Vexora’s public site follows that rule on purpose.
Ask for a delivery rhythm
How often will you see working software? Who reviews code? How are risks written down? If the answer is only “we are agile,” ask again.
Look at the unglamorous work
QA, access control, documentation and a support path after launch are where cheap proposals collapse. If those are missing from the conversation, they will be missing from the product.
